Libraries can be linked to a new process by giving the library’s pathname in the LD PRELOAD environment variable. Tried as advised with windll.com/dll/microsoft-corporation/api-ms-win-crt-utility-l1-1-0 Safe mode with command prompt , but gives the same error.
